Who uses this service
Arsenynn Mail Platform is operated by its owner for the owner's personal use only. The only Google account it connects to is the owner's own.
What Google user data is accessed
With the read-only Gmail scope the service reads, on demand, message metadata (sender, recipients, subject, dates, labels), message bodies and attachments of the owner's mailbox, and the mailbox change history used to notice new mail.
How the data is used
- To answer the owner's searches and reads, directly or through AI assistants the owner has authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Those assistants receive message content only in response to the owner's requests.
- To detect newly arrived mail and notify the owner's own workflows by internal message identifiers.
What is stored
Only operational metadata: internal message identifiers, the RFC Message-ID, the time a message was received, attachment names and types, and an audit log of who accessed what and when. Message bodies and attachment files are not stored; they are fetched from Google when requested and not kept. Credentials are kept in a dedicated secret store, never in the database, and backups are encrypted.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone other than the owner and the assistants acting for the owner as described above.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Arsenynn Mail Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. When access is revoked or the account is disconnected, stored metadata for it is deleted on the owner's request.
